Delivery Area: Standard deliveries can be made within 20 miles of our site in Northamptonshire. We are able to deliver outside of this area for large bulk orders or special occasions but additional delivery charges will apply. Please contact us directly if you wish to place an order which cannot be processed online. We apologise that we are not yet able to provide standard nationwide delivery – but please do check back soon!
Delivery Charges: Free delivery is available on all orders within 10 miles of our site in Northamptonshire. A small charge of £5 will apply to delivery within 15 miles and £10 for deliveries within 20 miles. Delivery charges will be calculated when you place your order.
Delivery Date: Upon ordering you may select your preferred delivery date (subject to workload). If your preferred date is not available then please either contact us directly before placing your order or select your next preferred date but make a request in the Order Notes when you complete your order – we will then make every effort to meet your requirements where possible.
Delivery Method: The delivery service is provided on a kerb side basis but where possible we will make every effort to place your delivery in the most convenient location.
For our large 1m3 loads the delivery can be made by pallet (wrapped neatly and conveniently) or tipped loose. We are also happy to stack your logs but there will be an extra charge of £20 per m3 for this service to cover the additional delivery time.
If there is a convenient accessible location to leave your firewood then you do not need to be at home for us to complete the delivery – please indicate where you would like the pallet leaving in the Order Notes when you complete your purchase.
